We use traditional oystering techniques to provide a high-quality, consistent and sustainable product all year. Copps Island Oysters is based on hard work, family and tradition. Now, we are excited to bring our passion for oysters directly from our boats to a location near you!
A Commitment to SustainabilityWe are committed to providing a sustainable product, which begins with preserving and monitoring the waters of Long Island Sound. Our farming methods have successfully increased the production and quality of our oysters in local waters for over 150 years. Along with funding our own water sampling program, we work closely with local organizations to keep our home waters clean.
